- Specific complaints get specific investigation: A claim that a product seems different gets us looking at batch records and verification.
- Legitimate issues result in refund or replacement: Lost shipments, damaged packaging, quality concerns get resolved through reship or refund.
- Pattern detection: If multiple customers report similar issues with a specific product or batch, we investigate at the supplier level.
- Honest about limits: We cannot guarantee customs clearance in your country. We cannot guarantee zero shipping delays. We cannot guarantee that everyone will be satisfied. We can guarantee we will work with you to resolve legitimate concerns.

Why do some review sites show negative ratings for RXshop?
Review aggregator sites including ScamAdviser, MyWOT, and Scam-Detector primarily derive their ratings from the LegitScript classification (see our Is RXshop.md Legit page for full explanation). They do not perform independent customer experience verification. Trustpilot, by contrast, hosts reviews directly from customers and applies verification.
How do you respond to bad reviews?
Through investigation and where appropriate, action. Reviews mentioning shipping delays prompt us to review shipping methods to that destination. Reviews mentioning product quality prompt batch investigation. Reviews mentioning customer service slowness prompt us to review response times. We do not respond to bad reviews by attacking the reviewer or burying the comment.
Can I leave a review without ordering?
Trustpilot's policy allows reviews from customers who have had a verifiable interaction with a business. If you have ordered, you can leave a review. If you have only browsed without ordering, your review may be flagged as not verifiable. The most credible reviews are from real customers reporting real order experiences.
What if I had a bad experience with RXshop?

Many problems (shipping delay, missing item, quality concern) get resolved through direct communication. Do you ever delete negative reviews?
We do not have the ability to delete reviews on Trustpilot — that is the platform's role, governed by their content policies. We do not solicit deletion of negative reviews. We do respond publicly to reviews where we can add context or explain resolution.
