📋 1. Information we collect

When you place an order, we ask only for the information needed to deliver and bill it:

• contact and shipping details: name, address, phone number and e-mail;
• doctor questionnaire answers: the reason for the order, allergies, other medicines and health conditions;
• payment details needed to process your chosen payment method;
• technical data: IP address, browser type and the time of your visit.

If you choose to send us feedback or a review, it is not linked to the personal information you gave when ordering.

⚙️ 2. How we use it

We use your information to review your order with a physician, to process payment, to ship the parcel and to keep you informed about your order status. Our support team uses it to answer your questions and to arrange a reship or refund when needed.

From time to time we may e-mail our customers about new products, special prices and promotions. Every such e-mail has an unsubscribe link.

👥 3. Who can see your information

We treat everything you give us as strictly confidential. Your information is shared only with the people who need it to fill your order:

• the physician and pharmacist who review and dispense your medicine;
• the supplier and postal service that ship your parcel;
• the payment provider that processes your payment;
• government authorities, only when the law requires it.

RXShop.md never sells, rents or passes your personal information or our customer list to other companies for marketing.

🔒 4. How we protect your data

Every page of RXShop.md, including checkout, is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, so the information you enter is encrypted on its way to our server. Order data is stored on a secure server and can be accessed only by authorized staff.

We will never ask you to send confidential payment information by e-mail or phone. If you receive such a request in our name, do not answer it and contact us.

No data transfer over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. We do everything reasonable to protect your information once we receive it.

🍪 5. Cookies and site statistics

RXShop.md uses cookies, small files saved by your browser, to remember your preferences, keep you signed in and keep items you selected. Our server also records the time, IP address and browser of each visit, and we use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to see how the site is used. This data helps us improve the site and is not used to identify you personally.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the site, such as ordering, may then not work correctly.

📧 6. E-mails and spam

RXShop.md does not send spam. We e-mail only our customers and people who asked to receive our news, and every e-mail can be stopped with one click.

Spammers sometimes collect e-mail addresses from websites or infected computers and use the names of known shops. If you receive an unsolicited e-mail that seems to come from RXShop.md, please forward it to us and we will investigate.

💊 7. Returned medicines

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy, and a pharmacist cannot accept any part of a prescription or non-prescription medicine back for use or re-use. 💬 8. Your choices and contact

You can ask us to update or correct your personal information, or unsubscribe from our e-mails at any time. RXShop.md does not sell products to children: if you are under 18, you may use the site only with a parent or guardian.
